Updates

Hi there, and welcome!

We’ve posted the first story in the Jade collection—11 days earlier than expected! Thank you for following along.

We’re aiming to share new short stories at least once a week. Each story is carefully crafted from true experiences, condensed and reshaped to create a reading experience that is emotional, immersive, and deeply felt. This project is both challenging and healing: it asks a lot emotionally, but it also brings insight and awareness into dissociative traits and experiences. Jade’s world reflects one perspective, but it is different from others’—each system is unique, and each story gives a glimpse into a personal journey of resilience and self-discovery.

More stories are in progress, and we’ll continue sharing them as they’re ready. Thank you for being part of this journey.

Writing Reflections

The first story in the Jade collection was probably the most emotionally intense experience I’ve ever written. Sharing it felt like the only way to begin this collection—because it sets the tone. It shows that the internal world can be layered, hidden, and complex, with no easy explanations.

Even on a bright, sunny day, the mind can hold deep torment. These stories reveal the internal realities that exist even when they’re ignored or suppressed, and how they can surface unexpectedly. My hope is that readers will sense that raw, internal life, even without full explanation—because sometimes there simply isn’t one. These stories are a glimpse into the psychological protections, the breaks, and the resilience that exist within a mind navigating dissociative experiences.

Release Schedule

We’re aiming to share new short stories at least once a week. Each story takes a lot of emotional and creative work to craft—it’s about condensing true experiences into something that can be read and felt.

If you follow the blog or subscribe to the collection via the sidebar, you’ll be notified when a new story is posted. While we aim for weekly updates, some stories take longer to write because of the depth and sensitivity of the material. This project is challenging, but it’s also healing for us, and we’re excited to continue sharing it with you.
